I had previously ordered this item with [a Competitor’s Website] but eventually cancelled the ordered after 10 days when it still hadn't been delivered. They quoted 3-5 days delivery (totally misleading website), received a confirmation of the order by email (no mention of the item being out of stock) and never heard anything after that!! Had to chase them several times to find out when I could expect delivery, was given a date, never turned up, was given another date, never turned up again!! Their customer service was appalling, very rude and unhelpful, but your company has now restored my faith. Not only did you quote a more realistic delivery time of 7-10 days, you did in fact surpass yourselves by delivering the item within 2 days of placing the order, as well as being nearly half the price of what they were charging..... fantastic service."

The package has just arrived. One of the chaps in the office did take a call from the Plumb Centre delivery driver, and gave him directions to the building, but it still the driver didn’t make it.
After a single use; I can highly recommend PlumbNation for all your plumbing needs. Your web site is amongst the best, up there alongside Amazon, Expedia etc. The site is easy to navigate, find the detailed information you need quickly, down load what you need (without having to go through the rigmarole of wasting time logging in). The site also totals the cost of an order including shipping at ease, other web site you end up giving loads of personal data first, including credit card details and then find that VAT is added. You are kept informed about the status of the order via e-mails and the nice aspect is the information is fully detailed. i.e. when the order was placed and expected delivery, a suitable reference numbers etc, etc which then makes my own understanding and administration easy.
All these aspects make PlumbNation great. What in my view makes PlumbNation Simply Brilliant is the support you get when things go a little wrong. On your web site are contact phone numbers, many other sites don’t bother because the don’t have the support or don’t care.
I made the call and got through to great service, the issue was chased up, you phoned me back, knowing my number and having sorted the problem and to top it all you then sent me an e-mail. PlumbNation and Debbie you are Simply Brilliant.
