Part of the new AGA Ellesmere range, this stove features a stainless steel body and a cast iron door to blend contemporary and traditional design. Solid fuel models come with a simple, easy to use control for both primary and secondary air functions to make everything simple for the user. The EC5W is the widest stove of the Ellesmere range, a true statement piece whilst retaining the subtle Ellesmere design.

• Despatch delivery time depends on model of stove, this can be up to 3 weeks depending on availability at the time of ordering,
• Stoves will be delivered on a 7.5 tonne delivery vehicle ( any delivery restrictions, please inform us before ordering )
• Stoves are heavy, there will be 1 driver who will off load, but we suggest there is one person there who can assist
• The driver will move the stove to the nearest wheel point, depending on access,
• The driver will be unable to move the goods across gravelled, or unfinished drives, through narrow openings , or up steps
• We must advise that you check the goods while the driver is still there, the driver is obliged to wait up to 15 minutes (Palletised goods only) whilst you unpack the goods to make sure the appliance is in good condition before signing.
• If the driver refuses to wait, please mark good Damaged so you are covered for all eventualities
• Damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of purchase.
• If goods are damaged, please contact our Customer service team, quoting your reference & Deliver note number
• If you are unavailable when your palletised stove is delivered at your pre-booked date, then re-delivery charge will apply
• If you cancel an order after it has been despatched, we regret that you will be charged for the return delivery, even if the goods have not reached your address
• We are not liable for any costs incurred by you or any loss of earnings. For example, if a delivery is delayed in any way & you have to rebook an installer then we are not liable for any extra charges that the installer may charge you. We always recommend that you do not book an installer until you are in receipt of the goods. We are also not liable for any loss of earnings as a result of you taking time off work to accept a delivery even if it is late or delayed
