The Atlantis 1350L steel bunded oil tank is designed for both domestic and commercial use. The bunded oil tank is designed to store liquid in the inner tank while the outer tank forms the required bund with a capacity of 110% of the primary tank’s capacity.

Bunded Oil Tank

A bunded tank is a tank within a tank, which results in the outer tank providing protection for the inner tank, making it harder for the inner tank to fail. In the unlikely event of the inner tank failing, the outer tank will provide secondary containment. 

Suitable for Many Liquids

The Atlantis bunded oil tank is suitable for storing heating oil, kerosene, diesel, waste oils, water, and many other liquids (please note: checking before use is advised). 

Durable Steel Construction

The thickness of the steel used varies with each tank size, and all tanks are pressure-tested for added safety. The tanks are also painted with 2 coats of specially formulated anti-rust coating, designed to give maximum protection.

• This tank complies with current environmental standards: Oil Pollution Prevention Guidelines (England & Wales) 2002 PPG2 and BS799 pt5.
• Please note: Atlantis recommends, along with current regulations, a base size that extends 300mm all the way around the tank.
