Nice quality toilet seat with a luxurious glossy finish. the soft close is excellent, no crashing seats after those late night visits. The only trouble is, I've now got to fit one to the downstairs loo as I keep forgetting myself and letting that one go. The actual seat is comfortable and stays roughly ambient temperature so there's no major temperature shocks. I would highly recommend this product

I bought one of these toilet seats a few years ago in my previous home and left it behind! In my new home I always put in new toilet seats and was delighted to find the same one on line and cheaper than I paid for it in a well known DIY store! ! An excellent product with service to match. I recommend this product and company to anyone who wants great products and service.

What can I say? It's white, oval shaped, got a big hole in the middle and a soft close lid that you can have hours of fun using (OK about 20 minutes until the novelty wears off). It fits perfectly on my existing loo, easy to fit and is easy to clean. It was also a little cheaper than the local DIY shed even with postage, so I'm happy.

Brilliant loo seat, comfortable and manages a decent ambient temperature so no shocks as you first sit down. The only drawback is the silent close which works perfectly but our downstairs loo has a regular seat and it’s easy to forget yourself with that one sending it crashing down to alert the whole household

This was to replace a very old plastic seat. It is wonderful - smart, sturdy and easy to keep clean - including around the fixings at the back: no annoying bits and pieces to try to clean around. We already had one in our main bathroom and are pleased with both.

You get what you pay for with some things, and this is one of them - you can buy a far cheaper loo seat, but this is so obviously solid and well put together, itll last for years, and it looks great. Silent close mechanism works well. Highly recommended.

Service and delivery time very good. Bought at a very competitive price. In the past I have paid £50 for the same toilet seat It is sturdy, well made and best of al easy to fit. From my experience i definatley recommend Plumbnation and the Bemis 4100.

..... that closes slowly so (let's think about this!) it does what it's upposed to do! Yes actually (joking apart) it does, it's well made, easy to fit and does what it states it will do so worth the sheckles you'll pay for it!

This seat is fantastic easy to install it is of excellent quality both the fittings and seat. Easy to clean the soft close is fantastic. Far superior to the seat it replaced. A first class company.

This is an excellent toilet seat, smart, comfortable and featuring a slow moving seat and cover. It was delivered on time (or even before time) very efficiently with due warning.

Easy to install. Wood, wrapped in plastic, so comfortable to sit on. Soft close is convenient, but closes quite slowly.

QUality looking seat that was very simple to install. I have very much enjoyed reading the paper whilst sat on it... :)

Looks the part: a good quality comfortable toilet seat. As toilet seats go it looks very good I think, certainly not cheap looking. The hinges and mechanism all look and feel very solid. My only gripe is that the soft close doesnt work if you just lift the lid a few centimetres, (such as to pop some tissue paper in), if you do this it just bangs down. Ill live with it but it would be better if it opererated over the full range of movement.

Purchased this seat as a replacement. The parcel arrived promptly, well packaged and as described. I am very satisfied with this product and have since bought the same for my other toilets.
