Slash your water usage by 80% with the Cistermiser Electronic Infrared Control Valve/PIR Sensor CMIRC; it works by the PIR sensor detecting movement and activating the solenoid valve, allowing water into the cistern. What's more, if the sensor detects no activity for 12 hours, it will automatically open the valve for 30 minutes to allow for one flush of the cistern to rinse the urinal and pipework.
