The instructions make it look more difficult to fit than it actually is. The flexible design gave a perfect fit and its so nice to have a soft close lid, hope it lasts. Well made and designed.

I was slightly anxious about fitting this, because some reviews said fitting was problematic. But actually I had no problems and the instructions are pretty clear, though I can see that if you don't follow them carefully you could end up with the sticky pads in the wrong place and impossible to move. The seat looks good, fits well, and feels strong, though it's only been on a few weeks and time will tell how it lasts. Good price from Plumbnation, and prompt delivery when promised.

I didn't quite realise how uncomfortable the last seat was until I installed this! Bought to replace a very ill fitting ‘bog’ standard seat in a new build house that moved every time it was sat upon, not great! So this was a pretty perfect fit on a Twyford loo, the fitting itself was brilliant, those adjustable fixings were a godsend to get the perfect fit and look and I’m very happy with the result. Am now thinking of getting more to replace the other rubbish seats in the house!

The rating is more pertinent to Paula from Plumbnation than to the product itself. She was honest and informative regarding delivery. The seat itself fits well and so far has caused no problem. The manufacturing quality is good and the fitting information is good, so hopefully we will have a good life expectancy from the item?

My main worry before buying this was 'will I be able to fit it?' Needn't have worried. Took it slowly, followed the instructions and once I remembered it was a soft close, the fitting was quite easy. Even better, before this I pretty much thought a toilet seat was a toilet seat but this is actually comfortable to sit on.

I bought this seat to replace an existing one that had a broken hinge. It was very easy to fit and had an adhesive pad on the fittings which avoids seat movement during use. The plastic spacer bar to accurately set the hinge distance was a good feature. The soft close works well and shuts the ring and lid quietly.

This seat, once properly fitted, sticking to the very precise and good instructions, just does not move about in use. Highly recommended to a patient and skillful fitter, however I am not a plumber but I am an experienced diy'er and with care it was easy enough to fit. Very good product. Well done Croydex.

A very good quality and easy to fit toilet seat! We had struggled to find a seat to fit our 3 year old toilet as we couldn’t find our original receipt with the details of the manufacturer - but this one fitted perfectly and it is not as flimsy as the original. Would definitely recommend this product!

This is the second time I have bought this toilet seat over the years but it is good quality and easy to install the last toilet seat was still in good condition but the soft closure failed and I have now got a new seat great value and good quality I would definitely recommend and i would buy it again

Delivered promptly. Purchased seat to fit an MFI toilet. Critical issue was the very wide spacing of the fixings. Product was one of very few that could accommodate the spacing. Easy to fix with clear instructions provided. Seat is comfortable with no hint of movement over the last couple of months.

Fitted mine a few days ago, seems like a good quality product. Easy to fit, only took about 10 mins or so. However make sure you are 100% happy with the positioning before activating the adhesive pads as I don’t think you’d get them off again in a hurry!

Excellent fit, delivery and self closing gently very pleased very easy to fit highly recommend excellent quality very sturdy simple to remove to clean as well, nice touch having the like chrome finish brackets being moulded plastic which will not rust.

spent ages searching to replace our toilet seat found this one and it fits like a glove , brilliant so pleased, betterthan the original in facts believe it will be more hygienic great product great price and service great firm,can't go wrong .

Ordered and arrived safely. Instructions were very good and easy to follow. I used the top fitting and fit was excellent. The slow close is a nice to have as you don't need to worry about the lid slamming into the seat when closing.
