Dual Control and Limit Function
The ITD 100 incorporates two separate functions within one thermostat:
- Control Function: Adjustable between 0°C and 90°C, allowing normal system temperature regulation.
- Limit Function: Factory pre-set to 80°C (high-limit protection) and requires manual re-set after activation.
If the temperature exceeds the preset safety limit, the limit thermostat interrupts the circuit and must be manually reset before operation resumes. This ensures that overheating conditions are investigated before restarting the system.
