What are waste disposal units?

Attached to the bottom of a kitchen sink, they effortlessly grind up all types of waste food. The ground up food then washes away with the waste water from the sink. With this batch feed kit, the whole process is made even easier and more straightforward than ever.
How does it work?
This batch feed kit allows the user to directly operate the waste disposal unit without the need for an air switch. It works as an on-and-off switch alternative to the air switch built directly into the cover of the waste disposal unit.
Easy to use
This batch feed kit is easy to use as operation of the waste disposal unit is simple. All that's required is to place the batch feed cover over the plug hole in the sink, install the food waste, and twist to make the unit start.
Corrosion resistant
The visible top piece features a smart chrome plated handle that is resistant to corrosion. The added benefit of the chrome plated handle is that is easy to clean and perfectly coordinates with other features of the kitchen to seamlessly integrate with the overall look of the home.
This works well. Remember to use the air switch just once to turn on the unit (then disconnect the air switch). If you don’t do this then the InSinkErator won’t run.
This is a good option if you don’t want to drill a hole in your worktop for the air switch. It works fine.
