Podium low-profile shower trays are considerably lighter than traditional stone resin alternatives, making them easier to carry, position and install. Their lightweight build allows for safe and straightforward fitting, often by a single installer.
Built-In Anti-Slip Technology
Each Podium shower tray features an integrated textured anti-slip surface for greater confidence underfoot. Tested to the HSE-approved BS 7976:2 Pendulum Slip Test, these trays achieve a score of 71, which is more than double the required minimum of 35. As the anti-slip texture is built into the tray itself, it won’t peel, fade or require replacement over time.
Cut To Fit
These low-profile square shower trays can be trimmed and shaped to fit awkward spaces or bespoke bathroom layouts, making them suitable for installations where standard trays may not fit. Please note that any exposed cut edges on acrylic-capped trays should be sealed correctly to help minimise the risk of water ingress.
