Podium low-profile square shower trays are engineered to be substantially lighter than traditional stone resin alternatives. Their lightweight design allows for easier lifting, handling and installation, often making single-person fitting possible.
Built-In Anti-Slip Technology
Podium shower trays are fitted with a permanently textured anti-slip surface for improved grip and safety underfoot. Independently tested to the HSE-approved BS 7976:2 Pendulum Slip Test, these trays achieve a score of 71 — far exceeding the minimum standard score of 35. Unlike sprayed coatings, the anti-slip finish is built into the tray itself, so it won’t peel or wear away over time.
Cut To Fit
These low-profile square shower trays can be trimmed and shaped to suit unusual spaces or difficult bathroom layouts, allowing installation where standard trays may not fit. Please note that if an acrylic-capped tray is cut, any exposed edges should be sealed properly to help prevent water ingress.
