Unlike traditional stone resin trays, Podium shower trays are exceptionally lightweight, making them easy for one person to safely lift, position and install.
Built-In Anti-Slip Technology
Tested to the UK Gold Standard using the HSE-approved BS 7976-2 Pendulum Slip Test, Podium Shower Trays achieve an impressive score of 71 — more than double the required standard of 35. This superior slip resistance comes from the tray’s integrated textured surface, which is built into the tray itself rather than applied as a coating. It won’t wear away and only requires standard cleaning and maintenance.
Cut to Fit
Podium shower trays can be easily trimmed to shape, making them ideal for awkward corners and bespoke bathroom layouts where standard trays may not fit. Please note that while acrylic-capped trays can be cut, exposed edges should always be properly sealed to help reduce the risk of water ingress.
