Tested to the UK Gold Standard using the HSE-approved BS 7976-2 Pendulum Slip Test, Podium Shower Trays achieve an impressive slip resistance score of 71 — more than double the required standard of 35. This superior performance comes from the tray’s built-in textured surface, which is integrated into the tray itself rather than sprayed on, ensuring long-lasting slip resistance without the need for replacement coatings.
Cut to Fit
Podium shower trays can be easily trimmed to shape, making them ideal for awkward corners and bespoke bathroom layouts where standard trays may not fit. Please note that while acrylic-capped trays can be cut, exposed edges should always be correctly sealed to help minimise the risk of water ingress.
