Tested to the UK Gold Standard using the HSE-approved BS 7976-2 Pendulum Slip Test, Podium Shower Trays achieve an impressive score of 71 — more than double the required standard of 35. This exceptional slip resistance is created by the built-in textured surface, which is integrated into the tray rather than applied as a coating, meaning it won’t wear away and only requires normal cleaning.
Cut to Fit
Podium shower trays can be easily trimmed to shape, making them ideal for awkward corners and unusual bathroom layouts where standard trays may not fit. Please note that while acrylic-capped trays can be cut, exposed edges should always be properly sealed to help prevent water ingress.
