Tested to the UK Gold Standard using the HSE-approved BS 7976-2 Pendulum Slip Test, Podium Shower Trays achieve an impressive score of 71 — more than double the required standard of 35. This superior slip resistance is achieved through the integrated textured surface, which is built directly into the tray rather than applied as a coating. It won’t wear away over time and only requires routine cleaning.
Cut to Fit
Podium shower trays can be easily cut to shape, making them ideal for awkward corners and bespoke bathroom layouts where standard trays may not fit. Please note that while acrylic-capped trays can be trimmed, any exposed edges should be sealed correctly to help minimise the risk of water ingress.
