British Gas has granted the Polypipe 'Polyplumb' class S polybutylene pipe system acceptable for open vented and sealed central heating systems.

Polyplumb polybutylene barrier pipe, fittings and accessories are fully certified by the British Board of Agreement, approved by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme, and are Kitemarked to BS7291, Parts 1 and 2.

The Polyplumb system is not suitable for the transportation of gases.

Deciding on the correct type of Pipe is a major decision. Once you decide that PEX Pipe are the correct solution then the Polypipe CPC1525 is clearly worth considering.
