Searched local sellers & not in stock & would be at least 2/3 days for arrival at there retail shops & the part was £25 more. These are easy to get fitted. The main problem with them is the screws rust heavily over time. I had to dissect the old one from the corners in order to get it out. But they do last more than 10 years so they are of respectable quality.

Super fast delivery and super easy to install, 4 screws holding the temperature control knob, then 4 torque screws holding the cartridge in, replace the o ring at the rear then install the new cartridge, so simple and works a treat.
