I purchased this for my mum's downstairs loo, she's wanted a wooden seat for ages. I chose this one as it looked good in the pictures and was all wood, and I liked the soft close option too. This is the second one of these I’ve bought, I’ve been very pleased with the first one so when the downstairs toilet seat needed changing then it was an easy choice. The first one I bought was a big fiddly to install so pleased to see there is now a spacer included that you use during installation - this made it much quicker, do very pleased with that.
