I needed to remove the very functional, ribbed plastic grip rails ( as often supplied by social work departments) for a wet room for something more stylish. These fitted exactly covering the previous holes in the tiles. I had tried various other sites and suppliers without any luck so was delighted to find these. Service was very efficient. I bought this as an additional grab rail for Mum's walk in shower. It matches the design of the existing two (now discontinued) although ugh it's diameter is 32mm compared to 25mm. The fixing plates make it very secure although ugh there is a slight gap between the round covers and the rail.
