I already have a FlexiCom 15hx boiler with a rear flue outlet. Would it be quite simple to replace one with the other at this time?
The boiler you suggested doesn’t have a rear flue outlet, so it may require new pipework to fit your existing setup. A like-for-like replacement that matches your current FlexiCom 15hx with rear flue access would be 0010035907.
Can this boiler be used with LPG Bulk gas for the same price or are additional parts required with add on costs it would be installed to replace my 20 year old Glow worm 30hxi boiler
This boiler is only suitable for use with natural gas. Looking online it doesn't appear the manufacturer offer an LPG conversion kit for this boiler either unfortunately.
Is this boiler a direct replacement for the Flexicom24HX also whats the difference between Easicom 3 and the Energy 25 boiler
Not a direct replacement - the Energy 25 is a direct replacement part number is PN189079. Internally they’re similar; the main differences are warranty (Easicom 2 yrs, Energy 25 7 yrs) and the Energy 25 offers a wider kW output range.
Would this be suitable to replace my Glow-worm Micron 40ff.
Yes, the Glow-worm Easicom 3 25kW Heat Only can replace your Micron 40ff, but it’s more powerful (25 kW vs ~12 kW) and condensing, so you’ll need a suitable hot water cylinder, correct flue/condensate setup, and to ensure it isn’t oversized for your heating demand. What is water flow rate i.e. how many litres of hot water per minute?
As this is a regular/heat only boiler there is no information available from the manufacturer. As this is not a combination boiler there are other factors such as incoming flow rate and the type of cylinder being used that would determine the flow rate.
Hi purchased this boiler which says it has an integrated timer. But it has no integrated timer. Your description is inaccurate.
This boiler does have an integrated timer, which is accessed and controlled via the display on the unit.
Does it come with pipe fittings
This will come supplied with the required pipe fittings/valves to connect water and gas to the boiler. Any other fittings required will need to be supplied by your installer.
Will this boiler replace my Baxi WM 532 RS C.H.B. ?
As the boiler you currently have is a 15kw regular boiler I can confirm that this Glow-worm boiler will be too big for your property. You will need to look for a regular boiler with a 15kw output similar to the Baxi 600 16kW Regular Boiler (Product code - PN178149).
