Good and heavy toilet with a small sink perfect for are small bathroom not to bad too fit, the only thing is in the picture the flush button is flush with sink but the button sites higher but the toilet is brilliant

Basically comes fully assembled and ready to install, all that is needed to assemble is the tap and waste connections and the seat. Very easy to assemble.
Just need some flexis to connect hot and cold.

Does the job and has improved the look of our under stair toilet. Need a good level floor though as there are no fixings so relies on mastic sealant to hold down. All parts are there and works well.
