Delivery Guide - Heating Appliances

Your duty of care for your heating appliances post purchase.

Important - Please do not book your installer until your items have been delivered. Delivery drivers are required to deliver goods to the property only and are not permitted to carry goods indoors. Please ensure an able bodied person is available to take delivery of any heavy goods into the property.

1 Check Upon Delivery

Before you sign for goods confirm all external packaging is in:

Good condition
Please do not open packaging.
Please do not sign for goods if packaging is damaged.

If you have any concerns over the condition of the goods please contact us immediately.

2 Check Goods Are Correct

Please confirm the labelling on the external packaging matches your original order.

3 Store Goods Safely

It is your responsiblity to care for delivered goods, so please keep goods:

At a safe and secure location
Clean and dry
Step 4

4 Arrange Installation

Now you have your goods you should book an installer. Please note, before opening any packaging or performing any work, your installer should:

Confirm suitability of item(s)

5 Pre-installation

Your installer is now ready to open the packaging and confirm:

Goods are undamaged
All parts are present
Please retain packaging
Please do not sign for goods if packaging is damaged

If you have any concerns over the condition of the goods please contact us immediately.
Step 6

6 Post-installation

After completing the works your installer should:

Confirm goods are fully functional
Register your goods with the manufacturer to validate your warranty

Always use qualified installers

Registered gas installers LPG installations require special certification
Registered electrical installers
Registered oil installers
